In addition to the strategic components, the Director of Finance and Operations is charged with developing and implementing more sophisticated policies and procedures in the finance, HR, IT and general operational realms.

You will lead in continuing to build the organisation’s capacity to manage its finances as it grows, to bring a strategic, high-level perspective to the organisation’s finance and accounting needs and support the Chief Operating Officer to make decisions through a financial lens.

This will require close liaison with a network of established international groups and as part of the leadership team will also have a role in supporting the formation of new groups throughout the world as the organisation continues to expand.

By contributing to the work of Mary’s Meals, you will become part of a worldwide movement of people who will not accept that any child in this world of plenty should endure a day without a meal.
