Grace Full - extended

Year 1

Philip Jepps

£8,326.48 raised towards our £3,698.00 target.

Thank you so much for all your amazing support this year - it has meant a lot to us as a family, and we know dad would have been delighted to hear that enough money has been raised to feed over 1000 children every day for a year.

We have committed as a family to continue to support Dillon Primary annually. The first project to support this is happening this weekend:

Going North….Grace Fully!

On the 14th and 15th July, Philip's sons, Simon, John and their friends Nick, Tom and Sam will be attempting to cycle a massive 294 miles from Embsay in Yorkshire, where Philip preached his last sermon in the week he started Grace Full, heading North, and ending at the HQ of mary’s meals at “The Shed That Fed a Million Children,” near Dalmally, Scotland .

Andy, Helen and Ben are forming an encouraging support team to feed and future the group as they pedal North. Please click on the 'other projects' link to see more details of this and future events.

Thank you,

from the Jepps family.

Grace Full was initially launched in October 2017 by Revd Philip Jepps when he realised his treatment for cancer had not been successful and wanted to leave a lasting legacy for Mary's Meals, raising enough money to feed all the children in Dillon School in Liberia daily. This project will be an ongoing commitment for the Jepps family. We were amazed and touched to find that by the time he died a week later, people had kindly donated enough to feed 150 children for a year. 4 weeks after the launch, with the help of your amazing generosity, the target to feed all 308 children in the school for a year has been reached. As we are aware of a number of Advent Appeal's and cake sales happening in Churches and Schools connected with dad we have extended his project to feed a second school. He would be delighted!

With all our thanks,

Daphne, Andrew, John, Helen and Simon

Philip is raising money to feed 266 children for a whole school year at VOA Community School in Liberia.

This is year 1 Philip has raised funds for VOA Community School with a total of £8,326.48 raised so far.

Thank you to all of you for your support - we are delighted to have already raised enough to sponsor 2 entire schools for a year, and more! We love hearing about the ongoing events with Advent appeals and cake sales - we 're really hoping that we will soon have raised enough to feed a 1000 children, which is an amazing thought as we come into the Christmas period. Many thanks and love from the extended Jepps family this Christmas.
