Mary’s Meals is a fast-growing international charity, currently providing more than one million hungry and impoverished children in 15 countries with a nutritious meal every school day.

As Impact and Learning Officer, you will be responsible for leading on data analysis to support the implementation of Mary’s Meals Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Strategy. You’ll be joining a newly created and growing directorate and will also support the coordination of research to promote and support an organisational culture of learning and an enhanced understanding of the impact of Mary’s Meals’ work, collating research findings and delivering training to build the capacity of global MEL staff.

It is essential that you have at least two years post-graduating work experience or post-graduate research experience, ideally in a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning capacity.  You will be numerate, with strong analytical skills, and you must be able to commit to regular travel to visit our overseas programmes.

In addition, you will have experience of designing and coordinating research projects and the ability to work on a several projects simultaneously.  We are also looking for candidates with experience of delivering training and developing training materials and building staff capacity, as well as cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in different countries and settings.
