Mary’s Meals needs YOU for the Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon 2016

Would you like to gain experience volunteering for Mary’s Meals? Want to be part of one of Scotland’s most exhilarating outdoor events? Fancy a weekend surrounded by the beautiful landscape of Loch Tay? We have just the thing for you!

The Artemis Great Kindrochit Quadrathlon is one of the toughest one-day challenges in the UK. Participants swim, run, cycle, and kayak through the rugged yet stunning scenery of the Scottish Highlands … all in aid of Mary’s Meals and Mercy Corps! Every year, quadrathletes push their stamina, strength, and fitness to the limit to raise funds to help feed thousands of hungry schoolchildren through Mary’s Meals.

But the Quad would simply not be possible without a dedicated team of energetic and enthusiastic volunteers who are essential to making sure that the event is one to remember every single year.

Mary’s Meals is looking for flexible, reliable, and committed volunteers who enjoy working as part of a team and are ready to get stuck in to what we guarantee will be a brilliant weekend.

Who are we looking for?

We need volunteers for a variety of roles including helping at event registration, manning refreshment areas at checkpoints around the route, and cheering participants on. We are also looking for two volunteers to drive minibuses to transport participants and volunteers throughout the weekend.

When do we need volunteers?

Volunteers must be available during the afternoon and evening of Friday 8th July and/or all of Saturday 9th July.

The Quad is a chance to spend a weekend in the idyllic location of Loch Tay, have fun, and meet some great new people!
