Our Culture

We believe that the way we do this work is as important as its end results. Compensation

We offer a transparent, fair and equitable approach to compensating our paid staff. We recognise the challenge brought by cost of living pressures, whilst our focus remains on keeping our costs low to feed as many children as possible.

Our compensation and benefits include:

  • Annual salary review

  • Annual cost of living review

  • 8% employer pension contribution 

  • Life assurance 3x annual salary

  • 34 days annual leave (inclusive of public holidays), increasing each year, up to a maximum of 5 additional days

  • Option to purchase up to 5 days annual leave each year
